The mp consulting GbR is a international consulting company with a focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Selling. Besides transfering know how, our primary objective is to help our clients in their organisational and HR development related to KAM.

The Partners

Gerhard Herold, Berlin, and Artur Wagner, Heidelberg are the founders of mp consulting GbR.

Our long-time and successful collaboration, the continuous exchange of ideas and sharing of expertise are at the heart of our partnership. As former line-managers and leaders in industry we know the reality of multinational corporations, medium sized companies, start-up companies and public organizations and strategic networks in Germany and abroad.

Besides the experience and knowledge we have acquired in industry, we have systematically learned the trade of consulting and have carried out a significant number of successful consulting & training projects in a variety of B2B industries.

  • Worldwide equipment sales and project management
  • Several leadership and sales manager positions in healthcare companies (AngloMedica, Ohmeda, BD)
  • Practical experience in building successful KAM organizations (Ohmeda and BD)
  • Interim sales management for international organizations
  • Since Oct. 2004: Consultant and coach for strategic Account Mapping in various international companies
  • Lecturer at the EBS Executive Education

  • Business Director GSA in the Medtech Industry – Building a successful KAM-organization
  • Since 2008: Partner of MP and mpc with focus on strategic account management
  • Lecturer at the EBS Executive Education; Audencia (F)
